Why we encourage you to register an account is in case of missing payment receipt // reuploading payment receipt for 2nd payment // to track your order. You can attach it and provide reference ID following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to your account & click your order number

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom where you'll see this section to upload payment receipt

Step 3: Upload payment proof > Click upload
Step 4: Fill in your order number under payment reference
Step 5: Submit
Step 6: Done!!!
