Shipping Information

1. Exchanges and returns for change of mind can be rejected depending on the circumstances

2. Exchange or return is impossible if the value of the product decreases due to damage, deformation or contamination of the product caused by customers.

3. We are no responsible for damage or loss of goods that occur during delivery

4. Pre-order products (esp. by fansites) are produced according to the order form and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

5. Please understand that images presented, and actual products may differ in color and this would not be considered as a product defect.

🔸As such, full refund will only be allowed if:

1. The item(s) are out of stock
2. Refund is made by fansite master
3. Wrong order placed by us

🔸If return were to be made:

1. Please notify within 7 days (1 week) from the date of receiving with an unboxing video taken from the unopened state. Exchange or refund will not be possible after the due date or if the video isn’t confirmed
*Please note that the outer case is only for protecting the items (Any scratches / discoloration should not be the reason for return)*
2. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee to send back the product.

🔸Warranty are not provided for the following:

1. Manufacturing defects on either digital, electric or electronic products (eg CD, DVD, lightstick) are all risks taken by buyers as it is undetectable from the outside.

2. Cup holder / cup sleeves may have pressed marks when overlapping each other or minor stains from the printing process. Such matters are not treated as product defects and are not treated as reasons for exchange or return, so please be 777% sure before placing your order.

3. As our packages are wrapped nicely, any damage or missing items are unclaimable.
